White Peony ( Baimudan ) White Tea ( 2017 ) from Fuding city of Fujian Province. 
 
White tea is lightly fermented. The preliminary processis : fresh leaves, sun withering, drying. And the tea detoxifies the body.
 
White Peony has a fleshy appearance, joined buds and curly leaves.The gray leaves encircle the silver core, like a flower. After brewing, buds and leaves slowly unfurl, giving out a sweet and fresh fragrance. The apricot yellow liquid tastes like sweet potatoes and the brewed are even and unbroken.
